About Me

Hi, I'm Maggie- a registered, clinical nutritionist with a BHSc (NutMed). I have a holistic and comprehensive approach to health and I work with my clients to create a plan that's individualised, simple and practical, whilst effectively addressing the root cause of any health concerns.

I have a passion for the profound effect that food and nutrients have on our health and I ensure that my clients feel empowered and good about what they eat. I use of functional pathology testing to ensure any nutritional imbalances are corrected without the guesswork, My practice encompasses traditional food practices, current research and consideration of human biology and biochemistry.

I provide up-to-date and well-researched information, guidance and support for clients to be in charge of their own health journey.

Nutritional medicine is the practice of utilising food and nutrition to influence amd promote health, and is a key tool for disease prevention and management for a wide range of conditions.

I believe healthy eating should be simple, practical and enjoyable, and I combine current scientific research with traditional food wisdom to deliver an effective and individually tailored nutrition plan to suit you and your lifestyle.
